利用規約

Restry の利用規約は、Apple の「ライセンス済みアプリケーションエンドユーザー使用許諾契約（標準 EULA）」です。

以下は契約条項ではなく、本アプリをお使いいただくうえで知っておいていただきたい事項です。

医療行為ではないこと（免責）

本アプリは、利用者の生活記録の管理と、それに基づく目安の提示を目的とするものであり、医療機器ではありません。疾病の診断、治療、処置または予防を目的とするものではなく、医学的助言を提供するものでもありません。健康上の判断は必ず医師その他の医療専門職の判断に従ってください。本アプリの表示を理由として、医療機関の受診を控えないでください。

予測・通知の限界

本アプリが表示する見通し、メーターおよび通知は、利用者が入力した記録と一般的な統計に基づく目安であり、その正確性、適時性または特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。通知は、端末の設定、電波状況、位置情報の取得状況、OS の省電力機能等により、遅延または不達となる場合があります。利用者は、本アプリの表示のみに依拠せず、自らの判断で行動するものとします。

トイレ情報の正確性

本アプリが表示するトイレの位置、設備および営業時間等の情報は、OpenStreetMap、自治体が公開するオープンデータおよび他の利用者の投稿に由来します。これらの情報の正確性、最新性または利用可能性を保証するものではありません。現地の状況が表示と異なる場合があります。

記録データの帰属と取り扱い

利用者が本アプリに記録したデータ（水分摂取、排尿、設定等）は利用者に帰属し、利用者の端末内に保存されます。当社は、これらの記録データをサーバーに送信または保存しません。書き出し機能により作成したファイルの保管、共有および第三者への提供は、利用者の責任において行うものとします。

投稿（ユーザー生成コンテンツ）

利用者は、トイレの評価、設備情報および新規報告を投稿することができます。投稿内容は匿名の識別子と紐づけて当社サーバーに保存され、他の利用者に公開されます。個人を特定できる情報、第三者の権利を侵害する内容および法令に反する内容を投稿してはなりません。当社は、通報等により不適切と判断した投稿を削除することができます。また、本項に反する投稿を繰り返す利用者からの投稿の受け付けを停止することができます。

位置情報の利用

本アプリは、周辺のトイレ表示、所要時間の算出および先回り通知のために位置情報を利用します。「常に許可」を選択した場合、アプリが起動していない状態でも位置情報を利用して通知を行います。位置情報の利用は、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。自宅として登録した地点の周辺では、位置の記録および滞在の自動検知を行いません。

The following are not contractual terms. They are things worth knowing when you use the App.

Not a medical practice (disclaimer)

This app is intended to help you manage your personal logs and to present estimates based on them. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. Always rely on the judgment of a physician or other healthcare professional for health decisions. Do not delay seeking medical care because of anything displayed in this app.

Limits of estimates and notifications

The estimates, meter, and notifications shown by this app are guides based on the logs you enter and general statistics. We do not warrant their accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Notifications may be delayed or fail to arrive depending on device settings, connectivity, location availability, and OS power-saving behavior. You agree not to rely solely on this app and to exercise your own judgment.

Accuracy of toilet information

Toilet locations, facilities, and hours shown in this app originate from OpenStreetMap, municipal open data, and contributions from other users. We do not warrant the accuracy, currency, or availability of this information. Actual conditions on site may differ.

Ownership and handling of recorded data

The data you record in this app (drinks, bathroom visits, settings) belongs to you and is stored on your device. We do not transmit or store this log data on our servers. Storage, sharing, and disclosure of any file created with the export feature are your responsibility.

Contributions (user-generated content)

You may submit ratings, facility details, and new toilet reports. Submissions are stored on our servers linked to an anonymous identifier and made visible to other users. Do not submit personally identifiable information, content that infringes the rights of others, or content that violates applicable law. We may remove submissions we determine to be inappropriate, including in response to reports. We may also stop accepting contributions from users who repeatedly violate this section.

Use of location

This app uses your location to show nearby toilets, calculate travel times, and deliver advance notifications. If you select "Always", the app uses your location to notify you even when it is not open. You can change location permissions at any time in your device settings. Around a location you register as home, we do not record location or run automatic stay detection.
